Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel good about trying Joint & Bones™. If you are not happy with your first order for any reason, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your first order in full. This applies even if the bottle is empty. You do not need to send anything back.

The guarantee applies to your first order, once per customer.

How to request a refund

1. Email info@jointandbones.com with your order number and the email address you used to order.
2. We confirm your request, usually within 1 business day.
3. We refund the amount to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Later subscription orders

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription online at any time before your next order is charged. We email you 3 days before every order so you have time to decide. If a later order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
